The exciting and innovative Palmer Insurance mobile app will enhance your experience with Palmer Insurance Brokers. There are several exciting functions, packaged into a futureproof app to ensure client service excellence!
1. Additional cover can be requested via the app and you can include photographs / scanning of license disks to capture relevant data about the vehicle for assessment.
2. You will be able to view your insurance policy live to ensure they have a “real-time” view of their cover and premium.
3. A built-in panic button to push in case of a roadside emergency. The panic button will send an alert into the call centre to “call back” you and arrange immediate assistance.
4. The ability to lodge a claim notification of incident for motor, home and personal to expedite a claim with step-by-step assistance on the app. This notification includes the ability to scan the barcode on the third parties’ vehicle license disk as well as driver’s license disk. The data within the barcode is seamlessly decrypted and pre-populated within the app to simplify the process. You will also be prompted to take the required photo evidence at the scene and these photos will be the date
and time-stamped so as to keep a proper audit trail and enable Palmer Insurance to expedite the processing of the claim.
5. You will be able to recommend and refer friends and new leads to Palmer Insurance.
6. You will receive new product offerings and news from Palmer Insurance.
7. Vehicle and Motorbike Pre-inspection – you will be able to take photos of the front, side and back of the vehicle/bike, scan the vehicle/bike license disk to capture the details of the vehicle/bike e.g. make, model and derivative as well as scanning the driver’s license disk to decrypt the driver’s details. The full pre-inspection detail will be sent through to Palmer Insurance’ offices via email to assess.
8. Home Pre-inspection - You will be able to take photos of your household items, and capture item values. The full pre-inspection detail will be sent through to Palmer Insurance’ offices via email to assess.
9. Secure registration process with One Time Pin sent to Phone.
10. An integrated online web portal compatible on tablets, laptops and PC’s, and many more features.
11. Document Vault where the user can capture a photo on any new assets that have been acquired as well as upload the receipt. The user can keep a copy of their ID/passport or any other personal documentation.
12. Actionable Push Notifications (APN) – push notifications for reminders and events scheduled in the Document Vault
